A Idade de participação nos Raposinhos é dos 6 aos 14 anos.

The pre-registration / registration in the Louzantrail assumes the full acceptance of the rules established here.

The athlete's bib is personal and non-transferable and must be placed in front of the body, at chest height and always visible.

In case of withdrawal, disqualification or time bar the athlete is obliged to hand over the chip, being discharged and appearing in the DNF classification.

The athlete during the entire race must adopt a dignified behavior, refraining in particular from resorting to offensive language, verbal or physical aggression.

If the infractions described above occur, they will be subject to a penalty, namely:

• Warning;
• Disqualification;
• Expulsion and consequent prohibition of registration in subsequent events (for a period of two years);
• If the offensive language is carried out on social networks, blogs or related pages of Louzantrail, it will be punished with the prohibition of registration in the event and / or in subsequent events organized by the Trail Running section of Montanha Clube (for a minimum period of two years).

Montanha Clube, Secção de Trail Running, é a entidade organizadora do evento Louzantrail, que decorrerá  na Vila da Lousã, independentemente das condições climatéricas do dia, desde que a organização entenda que estas não ofereçam riscos aos participantes.

Os percursos dos Raposinhos serão totalmente balizados com fita sinalizadora.

Com o intuito da promoção e da motivação dos jovens para a prática desportiva não será usado nenhum sistema de cronometragem nem de classificação.

No final da prova haverá um lanche para todos os participantes..

The participant willingly assumes the risks and their consequences arising from participating in the event, whether they are moral, physical, material or of any nature.

Participants registered in Louzantrail agree to participate voluntarily and under their own responsibility in the competition. Therefore, they agree not to claim or demand from the organization, employees, authorities, sponsors and other participants, of any responsibility towards them and their heirs, in everything that exceeds the coverage of their responsibilities and that of their employees and participants.

The organization contracts mandatory insurance by law (personal accidents and civil liability) in accordance with Decree-Law 10/2009 of march, 12. The payment of the deductible in the event of an accident is the sole responsibility of the athletes.

Any accident or incident that occurs during the course is the responsibility of the participants, in everything that exceeds the risk covered by the insurance.

The organization will not incur claims expenses, which it was not aware of in time to activate the insurance.

In the event of a claim, contact:

If the climatic and / or environmental conditions are extreme (eg, forest fire, storms, cyclones, etc.) the match can be delayed by a maximum of two hours, after which the race is canceled.

They can also be suspended and / or canceled by decision of official entities such as Civil Protection, GNR, MAI, DGS, etc.

If the event is canceled by the Health Authorities until the deadline for registration, the athlete can choose to:

• Refund of 100% of the registration fee for subscribers of the “Inscription Insurance”
• 75% refund of registration fee
• Automatic registration for the 2024 edition

You can also suspend, reduce or neutralize the evidence, the factors mentioned above.

In any of the situations described there will in no case be any right to a refund.

The registration of either pre-registration or registration, depending on the test and the type of registration process, must be done through the specific form that will be available on the website http://louzantrail.com/registrations.html.

Other pre-registration and / or registration methods will not be accepted.

The registration in the tests implies the implicit acceptance of the present regulation.

The withdrawal of the bib depends on the display of the citizen card or equivalent document (passport, residence card, etc.).

The athlete now accepts without any type of restriction health screening methods to be able to participate in LOUZANTRAIL, namely temperature control in control 0. As well as any medical examination or test that may be required by the Health Authority.

Medical examination and testing are excluded from the registration, being the athlete's responsibility.

In the event that, if there is a divergence in the registration data with the citizen card data, the organization reserves the right not to allow the athlete to participate in the event. In this case, when providing false information on the part of the athlete, the organization will not refund the amount paid on registration.

Issuance of invoices for registration must be requested at the time of registration on the respective platform. Invoices are not issued later and / or otherwise.

Upon completing the registration, you will have 48 hours to validate it through payment. If they do not validate the registration, they automatically lose their place.

The organization also reserves the right to adjust the number of places for security reasons or for any other reason that may affect the smooth running of the event. All changes considered relevant will be announced in advance on the official website and social networks.

An athlete who makes a false statement will automatically be canceled without a refund.

The organization allows changes to registrations until February 15, 2024, upon payment of a fee of €15, and the athlete with the registration must send an email to info@louzantrail.com with the data to effect the exchange and proof of payment of the Change Fee.

Changes to duly validated registrations will only be possible, not to pre-registrations.

In the event of withdrawal after registration, the organization does not refund the registration fee, except in the following cases:

• Motivo de lesão ou doença com a apresentação de atestado médico devolve-se 75% do valor de inscrição até ao dia 31 de Janeiro de 2024.
• Motivo de lesão ou doença com a apresentação de atestado médico devolve-se 50% do valor de inscrição até ao dia 15 de Fevereiro de 2024. A partir desta data, não será reembolsado qualquer valor.

The athlete must send an email with his registration data, medical certificate and IBAN to info@louzantrail.com so that the organization can proceed with the respective refund if there is a right to it.

The registration fee includes:

• Bib;
• Award Finisher;
• Personal Accident Insurance;

In case of need, a check-up by the medical team available at the Advanced Medical Center that will be in the arrival area.

Cada participante receberá uma t-shirt e medalha alusiva ao evento.

Louzantrail participants give the Organization full rights to use the image and voice free of charge, authorizing its reproduction, editing and publication, in any medium (paper or digital), and integrated into any other material (photography, drawing, illustration, painting, video, animation, etc.), known or that exists, to:

• Promotion on the event's website (website);
• Promotion on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, others);
• Exhibition in physical or digital format (exhibitions, others);
• Promotion in newsletters, brochures, flyers; etc.

In accordance with Article 7 (3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the data subject may withdraw his / her written consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out until that date.

Participants confirm their consent for the Organization to process their personal data for the purpose of managing registration for the event.

Personal data will be shared with insurance companies, federations, partners and sports organizations, so that participants can participate in the various competitions.

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation, participants have the following rights, when applicable: limitation of processing, consultation, access, information, rectification, updating and / or deletion of data, right of opposition, right forgetfulness, right to portability of personal data and right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Do not abandon trash in nature, use the containers to deposit them, respect the flora and fauna, strictly follow the marked path without using shortcuts.

The organization will use whenever possible reusable or recyclable material and will proceed to selective collection.

The cleaning of the route will start immediately after the passage of the last corridor.

Communication on paper will be reduced to a minimum, favoring electronic support.   

The filling and sending of the Registration Form for the Louzantrail events implies that the athlete who enrolls, becomes aware and accepts without any reservations the present Regulation.

Omissions in this regulation will be resolved by the Trial Jury, whose decisions will not be appealed.

To make a complaint, for any action verified during the course of the Louzantrail, it must be made in writing and delivered to the organization on the day of the event. The complaint will be analyzed and a decision will be made within 3 working days of which it will not be liable to complain.
