32K + 20K

All athletes seeking a more intense experience can take on the LZT By Stages — a two-stage race that includes participation in the 32 km and 20 km distances. This challenge will test the participants’ endurance and strategy, offering them a unique experience and a deeper connection with nature.

Louzantrail Long

32k

The challenging LOUZANTRAIL Long event, held in a self-sufficiency format over approximately 32 km, follows the paths and trails of the Serra da Lousã, passing through the Schist Villages of the Lousã municipality.

Louzantrail Mini

20k

The challenging LOUZANTRAIL Short event, held in a self-sufficiency format over approximately 20 km, follows the paths and trails of the Serra da Lousã, passing through the Schist Villages of the Lousã municipality.

Louzantrail XS

13K

The Louzantrail XS will cover an approximate distance of 13 km, following the paths and trails of the Serra da Lousã and passing through the Schist Villages of the Lousã municipality.

A Race of Emotions!

The Louzantrail, organised by Montanha Clube, will take place in the Serra da Lousã.
Participants will run along trails through the most beautiful landscapes of the Serra da Lousã and the Schist Villages.
